Message from the President- Welcome to the Illinois School Health Association website. The ISHA board would like to thank you for visiting. Meredith Bemben, our NEW webmaster will be updating information about our 2008 conference and other school health information regularly.
ISHA exists to help health educators and school nurses network and share ideas. Health educators and nurses in both school and public health share the goal of helping young people make educated decisions in all facets of their lives, be it the physical, social or mental stratas.
We hope you
will attend out 2008 conference, A Carnival of Content, April 18-19 at the
Chateau in Bloomington, IL. The carnival will include the newest information
on S.T.I.s, methamphetamines, environmental health, cancer treatments, nutrition,
Blue Ribbon curriculum and much more. Please see the conference information
center posted on this web site.
Conference mailers with registration forms will be mailed out later this month.
